150 Beds General Hospital, Oman

The project’s aim is to develop a prototype design for 150 Bed that is expandable to 300 Bed General Hospital to be executed in several governorates over The Sultanate of Oman which are Al Najat  in North Batinah, Sumail in Al-Dakhliyah and Al Falah  in South Sharqiya  and Khasab in Musandam governorate. The hospital prototype shall consist of the main hospital building in addition to staff accommodation, service buildings, parking area and other utilities and services

The proposed land plots where the prototype shall be developed have different areas according to the below table

Al Najat in North Batinah: 250,000 sq. m

Sumail in Al-Dakhliyah: 137,000 sq. m

Al Falah in South Sharqiya: 400,00 sq. m.

Khasab in Musandam: 100,000 sq. m
