With its districts and unique design. Al-Riyadh Avenue Shopping project extends across a plot of 390,000 square meters and is located at a prime location. The overall cost of the project currently stands at SAR 13 billion. The project’s built-up area is more than 1.75 million square meters and is going to be one of the largest commercial malls in the Middle East. Part of the project will consist of a number of towers that include two hotels – five-star and four-star, residential apartments, offices and parking for 18,000 vehicles. EHAF was appointed as the lead consultant for the project, and was responsible for complete engineering design works in addition to the Architecture and master planning starting from the detailed design.
