Office Area at First floor

Carefully remove existing internal partitions, finishes and services of existing office area and store as directed by the Employer. Install new finishes such as Marble Tiles, porcelain floor tiles, acoustic Metal Ceiling tiles and painted walls. Internal office partitions to be Gypsum board partitions, full height fixed glazed partitions installed between offices and corridor. The full height glazed wall will have venetian blinds manual control. All partitions to be of STC 45.

The Federation_x009d_ Office Area at the first floor will have a new double glazed Aluminium powder coated double insulated glass windows along existing wall overlooking the multipurpose hall replacing the existing block work.The services to be re-instated with new light fittings, ducts and supply/return air diffusers.

Gymnasium Area at First floor

Carefully remove internal partitions & finishes of existing Gym area and cart away/store as directed by the Employer. Install new finishes such as rubber flooring to gym area, suspended gypsum board painted ceiling, plastered and painted walls.
