Maxim North Coast for Real Estate Investment (MNRE), the owner of Bo islands touristic project with a plot area 1.19.270 M2 in the North coast, has

approached EHAF to provide Construction Supervision Consultancy Service for Bo Islands Project and Bo Sands project.

1.Bo Islands is divided into 3 islands as follows;

– Island C: composed of 392 units distributed upon 6

different prototypes (Chalets, Town Houses and Villas)

– Island D: composed of 137 units distributed upon 7

different prototypes (Chalets, Town Houses and Villas) Both

Islands include buildings to be executed on Core & Shell

basis, along with the infrastructure works.

– Island E: EHAF’s scope of work is limited to the

Infrastructure works.

2.Bo Sands is composed of 3 zones as follows:

– Amber zone

– Jade zone

– Moonstone zone
