The mixed-use development entails the construction of two skyscrapers a 62-story residential tower, and a 46-story commercial office tower. This uniquely development located in Abu Dhabi corniche office space, 5,600m2 of retail space, and parking for nearly 1,800 vehicles. It will feature amenities such as swimming pools, a health club and beauty spa, a gymnasium, and a residents club, as well as direct beach access. EHAF’s scope in this modern, complex project is providing comprehensive design services.
