Marriott Mena House Hotel is one of Cairo’s leading premium hospitality hotels having one of the most prime locations around the world overlooking the Giza Pyramids. The hotel is owned by the Egyptian General Company for Tourism & Hotels (EGOTH). The Client and the Client’s representative have approached EHAF to carry out the Design Services for this esteemed project. In order to initiate the renovation process, Hill has appointed EHAF to carry out a Conditional Survey of all the Building and produce a Validation report for the Palace.
