Set on the Giza Plateau, just off the Cairo-Alexandria desert road with a magnificent view overlooking the ancient pyramids, this project presented a real challenge being steeply leveled for the buildings to be established (16+ m difference in levels). The masterplan came with the proposed solution for buildings to be executed on a platforms for every set of apartment buildings, for every zone of residential units, addressing this challenge in a clever way. This new extinction for the previously built luxurious villas, focused on introducing newer villas that varied in size and type. Through the execution of the Pyramid Hills master plan designs set by EHAF, along with the landscaping designs, an environment with an ambience of coolness and calm was created, with a keen focus on integrating beautifully landscaped and lush green gardens.
