Corniche Tower Project is 5B+G+2P+42F+2SF tower located at a water front primary location, Doha, Qatar; facing the Doha Bay promenade adjacent of “Sheraton Roundabout”. The project is of mixed use tower with 573 car parking facilities located in five basements, ground floor and two podiums. The ground floor and the two podiums are for commercial use while the third floor to the twelfth floor are a 5 Stars Hotel. The thirteenth to the fortieth floor are used as residential serviced apartments. The forty first floor is a sky lobby and the forty second floor is a restaurant. There are two service floors between 7th -8th and 40th - 41st.There is a crown at the top of the restaurant to provide a nice aesthetic view of the tower. The Project will be built on a plot of 5,005 sq. m., with a total built up area of approximately 100,000 sq. m.
