The project owner (EGOTH) is planning to renovate the existing hotel, and increase the hotel capacity by constructing a new extension. It has four interrelated objectives: Project Description

• The plot area is estimated to be 3,213 SQM

The Existing Building consists of:

-1 underground basement level,4 podium levels (Ground level to

Third Level), 11 upper floors (Fourth level to Fourteenth level), with

a total BUA of the existing building is estimated to be 37,125 SQM

The New Extension consists of:

– 3 underground basement levels, 4 podium levels connected to

the existing building (Ground level to Third Level), and Annex

tower with 11 upper floors connected to the existing building

(Fourth level to Fourteenth level)

– The total BUA for the new extension is estimated to be 11,510

SQM including the basements

– The new extension shall contain the below components: Pool

Deck in the third level, 56 keys (49 guest rooms & 7 Suites),

Restaurant & Kitchen in the 13th floor, and The 2nd
