The Project is a 500 Acres mixed-use development currently being developed in a prime location directly facing the green river in the New Administrative Capital in Egypt located in the Suez Road. EHAF was one of the selected consultants for the invite-only competition to outline a conceptual design for the whole project residential and commercial components. The Project’s design program included 2,500 villas with 9 prototypes in addition to commercial buildings as follows; 2 mosques, banks, commercial buildings, neighborhood service center, nursery, entertainment area F&B, medical center & clinics, administration, educational and social & sports club. The total built-up area is estimated to be around one million square meters.
