The project is Doha City Centre Expansion II & comprising of five singular 5 star hotels over 5 different towers, all fashioned as towers. Those Hotels are Marriot Courtyard, Marriot Renaissance, Shangri-la, Rotana and Merweb. They altogether include 1247 Guestrooms & suites and 385 Hotel Executive apartments. With a total Built up area 418,038 m2.
The project consists of (3 levels parking basements + G + 7 Podiums + 42 Stories). The estimated cost is three (3) Billion Qatari Riyal. This project specifically required the implementation of the most advanced and economic construction techniques.
