300 Beds Hospital, Oman

The Ministry of Health intends to develop a design for 300 Beds General Hospital to be executed in

Suwaiq governorate. The hospital prototype shall consist of Main Hospital building in addition to staff

accommodation, service buildings, parking area and other utilities and services.

The proposed land plots where the hospital shall be developed have an area of 250,000 sq. m. In addition to the above Main Hospital components there shall be Staff Accommodation which shall be

designed to accommodate for 78 staff. 5 buildings each of G+1 floor will be designed for 50 bachelors junior staff members while 7 building each of G+1 floor will be designed to accommodate 28 families.
