Project Description:
The project is a 6 new plots located in Al Hamra
district in JEDDAH; the aim is to develop a mixed
use project having plot H4 comprising an area of
about 20908 sqm is of low rise residential use.
Also a possibility of office villas will be determined
according the plot area and the feasibility/market
study and the discussions with the client.
