The Design of this project is to address many concerns such as the quality of the environment, the efficiency of infrastructure networks, the growth of employment and housing affordability within Jeddah. The Development consisting of 450 units seeks to attract potential residents away from traffic congested areas within Jeddah and to create affordable neighborhoods for residents to live, work and relax.
