Asala Holding Co. and their Partner SPV intend to develop a new project “Al Khair Mall” in Riyadh. The project land plot is leased by the owners for 30 years in order to develop a mixed use commercial development project to accommodate the economic development in Al Riyadh and increasing need for such projects as it is planned that the population shall increase from 5.1 million to 7.4 million by the year 2020.
The project is to be designed to be the destination for those looking for F&B, retail and fashion outlets as it shall include flagship stores, Food Hall and Bazaar environment in addition to the most extravagant stores and leisure activities. Al Khair Mall will be designed to become the favorite place for customers looking for unique selling propositions.
Al Khair Mall shall be build on a land plot with total area of about 132,750 square meters located one kilometer away from King Abdullah Financial District. The land plot is located at the intersection of North Ring Road and Al Khair Road. Al Khair Mall has a total gross leasable area of 90,000 sqaure meters.
