This project comprises of two 45 Storey Towers. The first tower is a 4 Star Hotel; the Second residential apartments. Both Towers are located directly above a 48,000 Square Meter of Retail which serves as a podium. In this project, the location of the towers was identified to maximize sea view; their form was derived through the vertical rotation of the floor plate. The skin of the towers is in the form of a honey comb. The shape of the mall was derived from the shape of waves of sand. The curvilinear shape of the sand dunes was employed to bring vehicular access to the towers.
