The population around Al Rahba Hospital was growing due to the development of new residential areas. Thus “SEHA” the responsible authority required to double the current Emergency Department capacity from 40,000 a year to 80,000 a year. Additionally, it is hoped the designs will reduce energy and water consumption and will be in line with the latest international standards. EHAF was appointed to supervise the construction of this expansion.
