Arab Investment Bank is making the move of its new headquarters to the New Administrative Capital. They decided to land their latest and best building
of that time achieving the NAC’s Design and sophisticated Engineering requirements. The Arab Investment Bank's new HQ is a statement
of how modern architecture could atchieve beauty and high building's functionality at the same time; this building has a significant low carbon footprint
and high efficiency. The bank is being constructed fulfulling a total land area of 5,545 m2 with an approximate Built-Up area, is 17,744 m2
