BMC is designed to gather a huge number of companies from all kinds of business fields in the biggest commercial center of its kind in Abu Dhabi. It will include a wide range of commercial establishments, residential and office towers, and a hotel to cover a total area of over 800,000 sq.m. of the marketable area. The Commercial Zone includes Offices that are located in 17 towers, each equipped with the latest technologies and conveniences to facilitate business. The office towers offer a ground floor area (GFA) of 15,000 sq.m. and 30,000 sq.m., while the Prestige Tower occupies a GFA of 40,000 sq.m.
