Al Futtaim Group had expansion plans to their Cairo Festival City’s Mall to the Northern side of the mall in addition to associating the new parking and event spaces to the expansion plan. The mall’s new extension shall have a built-up area of 27,000 sqm, over 2 floors and Shall reflect the project’s advanced design and functionality.
