Canary Residential Community is a new residential compound for Rashed A. Al Rashed and Sons over an area of 500,042.61 sq. m. The community shall be developed in two phases. The Community will consist of the following:
Phase 1:
Commercial Area that shall consists of a club house, pool amenities, administrative and service buildings and main substation building.
Open landscaped areas
Entertainment and retail strep (Restaurants, Coffee shops...)
Residential community which include Villas & Apartment Buildings
Phase 2:
School/Golf area
Rashed A. Al Rashed had already assigned an international consultant to develop the Master Plan including Phase1 and phase 2 . His scopes also include the Concept Design for the entire residential community, as well as the landscape and site works. Therefore, EHAF's scope will include obtaining the approvals of the conceptual master plan from the local Authorities, The development of Phase 1 of the project including all tie-ins for the Infrastructure of Phase 2.
