The project is located on a highly irregular and steep site, this project incorporates a five star hotel to be operated by the Meridian and ten luxurious villas. The composition involved is that of a modified pinwheel. Specifically, the wings of the hotel spiral out of the main building which contains the main vertical circulation elements.
This composition provides every module in the hotel with a direct view to the sea. In addition, it groups all the constituent elements around the swimming pool, thus enabling them to participate actively in the recreational activities taking place around the pool area.
