Located in Jeddah, Al Haramein Complex Project consists mainly of a hotel with a hypermarket and car parking. The project consists of one basement, ground floors, Lulu Hypermarket shopping mall (F1 to F3), floor F4, and the hotel comprising 8 floors (F5 to F12). EHAF's scope of services is the structural re-design of required modifications, while our scope is limited only to flagging any required architecture and MEP design modifications, which shall be handled by the Design Architect and MEP Consultant.
