The Marina COM 53 - Twin Towers upon completion shall be one of the landmark projects of Lusail, Qatar. The project shall be developed as twin towers with podium, with an approx. GFA of 100,000 m2. Tower 1 consists of 28 levels and tower 2 is comprised of 50 levels. EHAF started the project design from the pre-concept stage till the issuance of the construction documents. Further EHAF shall be responsible for supervising the construction works.
