As part of Magdi Yacoub’s Foundation’s contribution to the medical field, they are intending to develop a Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Center with a BUA of 80,662 m2 on 35.67 feddans (around 150,000 m2) land located in 6 October City. At this stage, the area dedicated for the project development is around 27 feddans which included 304 Bed and 5 Operational theatres, while the rest 8.67 feddans shall be left for future expansion. The said Global Heart Center is intended to be an exclusive heart center that comprises all the medical services and hospitality for patients. Accordingly, the project was designed by the renowned designers Foster & Partners.
