The project is a high luxury low rise building functioned as a Majlis for one of the most prestigious families who are Al Hitmi family. This building is consists of elegant saloons with reception areas facilitated with panoramic elevators. Those elevators lead to the first floor which contains private offices. The building design is illustrated from traditional Islamic architecture style. However, many Islamic vocabularies are considered in the facades & even the roof was shaped in to a dome form.
