Mr. Medhat Khalil aims to construct and develop a new highly modern style office building that has a spectacular Architectural Design. This new office building shall be of approximately 1,500 m2. It will be designed to accommodate a total of 250 employees, so that it can include all of the employees in the designed open space which will be divided into many detached areas separated by nominal barriers.
This new office will include; meeting rooms, visitors area, storage and archiving rooms, Cafeteria, recreation area, first aid room, parking areas, toilets, and landscaping.
