The project is to bring about total renovation for the existing (former Nile Hilton) building to incorporate the standards of Ritz Carlton as to operate the 64,000 m2 hotel and its 331 rooms, swimming pool, water features, Spa, and Casino. EHAF’s scope of work includes:

Architectural interior and exterior finishes.

Landscape (excluding related mechanical and electrical works).

Plumbing and sanitary fixtures 

Exterior lighting fixture as per the design and

specs produced by lightening consultant and

kitchen equipment consultant

Swimming pools and water features

Architectural supervision over spa and casino

Signage.

Installation of Furniture, Fixture and Equipment

as per the books provided by ID consultant.
