The project is an extension to the already existing Novotel 6th of October; the extension consists of 100-120 rooms in a new building that will function as part of the existing hotel facilities. Beside the guestrooms, the new building will also contain other facilities such as a new restaurant, new meeting room, apple corner, in addition to the parking study.. etc.
