The project is to be designed to be the destination for those looking for F&B, retail and fashion outlets as it shall include flagship stores, Food Hall and
Bazaar environment in addition to the most extravagant stores and leisure activities. The project is situated on a plot area of 130,000 m2 and had a gross leas able area of 90,000 m2. EHAF provided design management services for the international consultant during concept and schematic phases and took over the design production starting from the detailed design.
