The plot is located within Phase II of the Pearl-Qatar project in Viva Bahriya district, with a total area of 12,000sqm that will be developed as two 15-story residential towers. Each tower will accommodate 110 apartments ranging from one-bedroom apartments up to four-bedroom apartments, including four duplex penthouses. The total build-up area is around 58,102 sq.m.
