The idea is to design a landmark building, with full contrast between its building materials and in the same time avoids monotonous rhythm of the traditional office buildings. The main entrance for RAM Energy Headquarters is located on the main street while the office rental space entrance is kept to one side and the commercial entrance on the other secondary street. The headquarter consists of: Eight commercial floors + one garage. The building occupancy will vary according to stores owners in future and the progress in the selling & marketing of the stores. The Land Area is 2,508 sq.m, Area of ground floor functions 1,978 sq.m, Built foot print percentage 78%, and the area of mezzanine floor including services 1,722 sq.m.
