A Leading real-estate developer appointed EHAF for the design and construction supervision for this esteemed mixed use development. United Square is located on a prime plot of land in the Al Khalidiya district of Abu Dhabi city. The three towers development consists of G+16 office tower, G+14 unfurnished appartment tower and G+20 furnished apartment tower, with a total built-up area of 115,000 m2. EHAF was brought into the project to modify existing concept designs and complete the design works. Later on EHAF was also awarded the supervision of the on-going construction works.
